Can I order online?

Currently, Eclipse Motorcycle and Scooter Centre do not offer online ordering.  We believe it is best for potential purchasers to visit our showroom where you can try a range of bikes and find out which one is best suited to your particular needs, and any extra features which may be available, as well as benefiting from our expert advice and years of experience.  We are also happy to deal with any customer queries by telephone or email.  Please visit our contact page for ways to get in touch.

How long will it take before I receive my motorcycle or scooter?

Orders received are generally processed the same working day, and most motorcycle and scooter orders are fulfilled within 28 days, although most items can be available much sooner.   We carry a wide range of  scooters in stock, and a large number of orders can be fulfilled for almost immediate delivery. (Please note that due to the specialised nature of the Royal Enfield variants, these generally require a longer order lead time.) Please contact us to get an estimated delivery time for your chosen machine.

Can I have my motorcycle or scooter delivered?  What are the delivery charges?

We are happy to deliver your new motorcycle or scooter direct to you, with a reasonable scale of delivery charges, depending on where you live.  Please contact us to find out our delivery fees to your area.

Which payment methods are available?

We accept cash, cheques and most major credit cards.  Telephone ordering is available if you don’t have time to pop in and see us.  We do not recommend emailing your credit card details, since email is not normally secure or encrypted.  If you wish to place an order by email, please email us first with details of your order and find out how to pay.

Can you arrange insurance for my new bike or scooter?

We do not provide or sell insurance services.  However, we can assist you at the time of purchase with a recommended insurer.  Please get in touch for more details.
